Regarding the large property for sale in the neighborhood, Bob Miller, Associate Vice President of Community Outreach at WMU, just informed the Arcadia Neighborhood Association of the following:
“Almost the same time you contacted me, the WMU Foundation received two offers for the property in Arcadia, and one has been accepted. We have notified the City of Kalamazoo. Once due diligence is complete and a closing is scheduled, we would be in a position to identify the buyer.”
